How do your competitions work?

Each competition has a fixed number of entries and a set closing date. Once the competition closes, a winner is selected at random using a secure random number generator. Every valid entry — whether purchased online or submitted via the free postal entry route — is entered into the draw equally.

Do I need to answer a question to enter?

No. All competitions on this site are prize draws and do not require answering a skill question. Paid entries and free postal entries are treated equally and entered into the same draw.

What is the free postal entry option?

You can enter any competition for free by sending your details by pre-paid first or second class post to the address shown on our Postal Entry Route page. The only cost is the price of standard postage.

How much does it cost to enter a competition?

The cost per entry is shown on each competition page. Some competitions may be free to enter via post if you choose the free postal entry route.

Can I enter more than once?

Yes. You can enter multiple times up to the maximum number of entries specified for each competition. For postal entries, each entry must be sent in a separate envelope.

Can I enter if I live outside the UK?

Most of our competitions are open only to UK residents aged 18 or over. If a competition allows international entry, this will be clearly stated on the competition page.

When are winners announced?

The draw date and time for each competition is shown on the competition page. Winners are contacted shortly after the draw and their surname and county are published on the winners page (unless the winner has asked for privacy).

What happens if I don’t provide valid contact details?

If we cannot reach a winner using the contact information provided within 14 days, we reserve the right to redraw the prize. It is your responsibility to ensure your details are correct and up to date.

Can I get a refund?

No. Once an entry has been submitted and processed, it cannot be refunded. Make sure you review your entries carefully before purchasing.

Do you use my personal data for marketing?

We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us at elite@afarley.co.uk.

What do you do with my personal information?

We use your information to administer competitions, contact winners, and process entries in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Can I view previous winners?

Yes. We publish the surname and county of major prize winners on the Winners page once the prize has been claimed.
