2. The Competition

These terms apply to all prize draw competitions listed on https://elitecountryprizes.co.uk ("the Website").

All competitions are prize draws with a fixed maximum number of entries.

Each competition will clearly state:

  • The prize
  • The maximum number of entries available
  • The ticket price (if applicable)
  • The opening and closing date and time
  • The scheduled draw date and time

Each competition will proceed and be drawn on the stated date regardless of the number of tickets sold. The Promoter will not extend a competition closing date.

3. How to Enter

Competitions open and close at the times stated on the relevant competition page. All times are London (UK) time.

Entries may be submitted:

  • By purchasing tickets via the Website; or
  • By using the free postal entry route described on the Postal Entry page.

Each paid entry and each valid postal entry will be assigned a unique number and entered into the same draw pool.

Maximum entry limits per person or household (if applicable) will be stated on the competition page. Entries received after the closing time will not be entered into the draw.

No refunds will be given for entries submitted after the closing date or for entries submitted in error.

4. Free Postal Entry Route

A free postal entry route is available for all competitions. Full details are provided on the Postal Entry Route page.

Postal entries:

  • Must comply fully with the published requirements
  • Must be received before the closing date and time
  • Will be treated in the same way as paid entries
  • Will carry the same chance of winning

The only cost to enter by post is the price of standard postage.

5. The Draw

Each competition winner will be selected at random using a secure random number generator.

The draw will take place on the date and time specified on the competition page.

The selected number must correspond to a valid entry to win. If the selected number corresponds to an invalid entry, a further random selection will be made.

The draw result is final.

6. Eligibility

Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

The following are excluded:

  • Employees of the Promoter
  • Immediate family members of employees
  • Any person directly connected with the administration of the competition

The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and eligibility. Automated, bulk or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

7. The Prize

The prize for each competition is described on the relevant competition page.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless:

  • The prize becomes unavailable; or
  • Circumstances outside the Promoter’s control make substitution necessary.

In such cases, a substitute of equal or greater value may be offered.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted using the details provided at entry.

If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.

The Promoter may publish the winner’s surname and county in accordance with UK promotional regulations. If a winner objects to publication, they must inform the Promoter in writing prior to the closing date. The Promoter may still provide details to regulatory authorities upon request.

9. Claiming the Prize

Prizes must be claimed personally. Delivery or collection arrangements will be confirmed directly with the winner.

The Promoter is not responsible for failure to receive contact due to incorrect details provided by the entrant.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Promoter is not liable for:

  • Entries lost or delayed
  • Technical issues affecting entry
  • Any indirect or consequential loss

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: https://elitecountryprizes.co.uk/pages/privacy-policy

Data will only be used to administer competitions and contact winners unless additional marketing consent is given.

12. General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend a competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Competitions are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram or any other third party platform.
