Refund policy

As Elite Country Prizes sells entries into skill-based prize competitions, entries cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

If a competition is cancelled for any reason, all paid entries will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Free postal entries are available for all competitions in accordance with our terms and conditions.
